Please help my friend Michael

I haven't been updating as much, but it's not because I'm busy. It's not technically summer right now, but it's been summer for me for about a month, and I've spent my time mostly by wasting it. Granted, I finished that collage, which I'm immensely proud of, and I've read six chapters of Moby Dick, and I've rearranged and completely cleaned my apartment, and I've read half of Jesus' Son, and I've read some poems and stories here and there, but mostly I've just been relaxing and watching movies. That leaves little to write about on here.

But now I have two quick things to say:

* My friend Michael Fauver will be attending the Lambda Literary Foundation's Emerging Writers' Retreat later this summer, but he needs some financial assistance. I donated when he first asked a few weeks ago, just a small amount but it's helped him toward his goal. He now only needs $98. If you have the means to donate even $1, please do so. Michael is a wonderful man and a talented writer, and the $98 will allow him to attend this wonderful retreat.

* I'm thrilled to announce that Anti- published one of my TV poems in their latest issue. Check it out (and the rest of the great poems in the issue) at this link.

Awesome! I love the way you separated the lines, it really lends itself well to the concept.
